Dog Leash Reminder:
It is important to keep your dog on a leash when in public spaces to ensure the safety of others and prevent any potential incidents. It is worth noting that if the dog is on a leash, the matter may not fall under the jurisdiction of a property owners' association (POA), as the dog is being properly restrained.
Landscaper for 2025 is Mike Chapman
The landscaper will cut the common property at the mail boxes on an as needed basis and the water basin areas. Homeowners are responsible for the grass on their property and the culvert in the front side or back of their house depending on if it is a corner lot or not.
If you would like Mike to cut your grass and the culvert boarding your property he would be happy to give you an estimate.
C. Minton Trucking & Excavation Inc.
Will be the contractor for the 2025/2026 winter season.
He will be responsible for plowing and salting the community roads
and parking lot.

We are finding MULTIPLE homes that are being sold in the Woods development with work that was never approved, nor in compliance with state and local regulations for example additional bedrooms. Please make it very clear to your residents that we are aware and we WILL hold up a potential sale if they are found to be in violation of the Township and Statutory codes for work done without proper approval.
