The Woods Property Owners Association (POA) works to maintain the quality, safety, and charm of our community through responsible management, road maintenance, snow removal, and neighborhood improvements. With an emphasis on cooperation and respect among homeowners, The Woods provides a place where residents can enjoy nature, connect with neighbors, and take pride in their community.

General Note:
When we purchase a home in The Woods Community we become a member of The Woods Property Owners Association and with that comes POA dues to pay for road and basin maintenance. "snow plowing and grass cutting"
Current Dues (2025) $840.00
Make 2025 payments to NEPA Management Associates INC.
Check Your Mail. They sent welcome letters to every homeowner. Instructions are in the letter on how to setup
your owner portal and make payments.
Do not use the Zelle payment option it is inactive.

Quarterly payments not received within 5 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 8% of the total amount due.
